Getting startedDo I need a finished podcast idea before contacting you?
No. A topic, audience, or rough format is enough to begin a production conversation. You remain responsible for the substance of the show, and Titan Podcasting can help identify the format and production decisions that need to be made before recording.
On cameraWhat if I am not comfortable on camera?
You do not need to arrive as a polished presenter. Preparing the topic, participants, and format ahead of time makes the session easier, and the production team handles the room and technical work while you focus on the conversation.
ChangesCan something be removed or changed after recording?
Yes. The main program is assembled while you record, and optional paid editing can remove or revise material afterward when needed. Confirm any additional editing scope before the work begins.
DeliverablesWhat do I receive after the session?
The standard deliverable is one finished full-length video with processed audio built in. Custom editing, titles, and short clips are optional services quoted separately. Channel upload, hosting, publishing, and ongoing distribution are not included.
EquipmentDo I need my own equipment or production experience?
No. Titan Podcasting provides and operates the cameras, microphones, lighting, switching, and recording equipment. Your team can focus on the discussion.
The roomHow many people can join a recording?
The studio supports one to four in-person presenters and up to four remote callers. The right arrangement depends on the episode format and planned media.
Your mediaCan we use our logo, slides, or video?
Yes. Compatible brand graphics, laptop feeds, slides, sound effects, and video can be prepared for the live program. Share assets early so the team can confirm formats and scope.
DeliveryHow will my files be delivered?
Finished files can be transferred online or through an arranged local media handoff. Confirm the delivery method during planning.
Service areaDoes Titan Podcasting serve organizations outside Corvallis?
Yes. Titan Podcasting serves western Oregon, including the central Willamette Valley and central Oregon coast. A longer recurring session can make regional travel practical by capturing multiple prepared episodes or segments in one visit.
Scheduled visitsWhat should I know before arriving at the studio?
Titan Podcasting is in Building 804A at the back of the business park lot, in the building shared with Fullerton Wines. Use any parking space unless it is marked reserved. The route from parking into the studio is step-free and wheelchair accessible. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. The entrance requires a code, so a team member will meet scheduled guests at the door. If no one is waiting, call Titan Podcasting for entry assistance. Booked time reserves the studio and in-house engineer, and late arrival does not extend the session.
