How website information is handled.
Titan Podcasting collects only the information you choose to submit through an inquiry or newsletter signup, along with limited technical information needed to protect and operate the website.
Inquiry information
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request and discuss a possible Titan Podcasting project. Inactive non-client inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction and then deleted, unless a legal or operational exception requires otherwise. If you become a client, related records follow the company's client record policy.
Newsletter signup
Newsletter signup information is used only to send the confirmation message and, after you confirm, occasional Titan Podcasting guidance. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you unless you separately select the optional newsletter choice and complete confirmation.
Service providers and spam protection
Titan Podcasting uses Brevo to deliver inquiry messages and manage confirmed newsletter subscriptions. Public submission forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to identify automated spam. Cloudflare also processes limited technical information when delivering and securing the website.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel run by default when the site's protected analytics configuration is active. They receive limited page, traffic, and interaction information to help Titan Podcasting understand how the website is used. The site does not send inquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact-form contents to these providers.

Analytics is enabled by default to help us understand site traffic. No inquiry contents are sent.
